A: You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run ad to the left of the ad you wish to run. The system will ask for your credit card information, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed.

A: We are constantly updating our events calendar. However, if you have an event you would like to promote, send your request to info@longbeachonline.com.

Q: I do not see my business category in the directory page. How do I list my business on LongBeachOnline.com?
A: If you click on the main directory listings, the are numerous sub categories listed which should cover your type of business. If for some reason there is not a category, please contact us at info@longbeachonline.com.

Q: Why can't I sell my products through the Classified Ad section of LongBeachOnline.com?
A: The classified ads section is designed so that people can buy and sell their personal products to each other. It is not a way for businesses to sell products. If you are interested in promoting your business through LongBeachOnline.com, there are multiple levels of directory listings available.

Q: How long does my classified ad stay posted on LongBeachOnline.com
A: Classified ads are good for 30 days. If you sell the item before that time, please mark it as sold.

Q: I can't find the type of business I am looking for in any of the directory or sub directory listings. How can I get it added?
A: If you have a business category that you would like listed, please contact us by email at info@longbeachonline.com. We would be happy to consider your idea.

Q: I sold my stuff. How do I stop my ad from running?
A: From the My Account page, click on the Stop link to the left of the ad.

A: If you don't see a cateogry listed, choose other.
